One month to go!

We are coming up on the final scramble to get everything in order for our trip. As of right now, we have received all our shots (Brandon needed two, Miriam only one :-)), have paid for our flights and are getting ready to submit our Visa documents this Sunday. There is still a lot of prep work that needs to be done for the VBS portion of the trip, but we are feeling good about the progress the team has made so far. Pray that everyone stays healthy and that all goes smoothly with the Visa process!!!

Count-down to Kenya!

Wow, time is flying by so quickly! We are rapidly nearing the time of our trip. Already we have had several meetings and are feeling confident about how organized everything is. We are still trying to raise funds for the team, as well as individually and are excited (especially Miriam :-)) about the next Kalories for Kenya at Rangoli's Indian Restaurant. If you are interested in attending, come on down this Sunday, March 28th for a delicious meal. The restaurant will donate 25% of the proceeds to benefit our missions team!!! Yummy :-)
